Krystal did a great job assisting us in our purchase our townhouse in Copano Bay. She checked on us when there was bad weather where we were selling. She made sure the townhome did not have damage when there was bad weather in the area. She was able to change the closing date for us when we wanted to. She did a great job staying in touch with us and answering any questions that came up throughout the process.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Krystal Reid - she was absolutely fantastic to work with on our recent purchase.Our process with Krystal began multiple months in advance of a trip to the area to check out condos and other properties. We began with discovery type conversations via phone and email, chatting through our needs and what we were looking for, recommendations, and additional questions we had about the process. Krystal was top-notch in listening, making thoughtful suggestions, and balancing all of our needs. Krystal was helpful and did a great job communicating. This was a key factor since we were so far away. Krystal went above and beyond in many ways. She went to the house for us to meet the seller, take extra pictures, and be sure things were correct. She referred us to great house inspectors and she provided timely communication. We have used all sorts of agents, and it is hard when they do not communicate. Krystal had the right balance of communicating and checking in. We really appreciated her. I would recommend her!

We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Going into the home buying process as first timer homebuyers, we were very nervous but Krystal made sure we understood every step along all the way. She made us feel very comfortable and we felt like we were talking to a friend the entire time. She answered all our questions in detail and quickly.
